VeloSolutions carrier network is based primarily on Cisco VOIP systems, and related equipment. This ensures the highest level of quality in our network, although our network can also interoperate with other systems such as Quintum and other h323 gateways.

VeloSolutions reaches most of its PoPs over satellite transmission and fibre connections using VoIP. The telephony traffic is converted into data packages, and sent to gateways within our network to reach the country of destination. From there the IP packages are then reconverted and fed into the conventional Public Switched Telephony Network (PSTN) of the local operator. This guarantees even in hard to reach countries best voice quality and low delay and latency rates.

The network is staffed and supported by a highly capable 24/7 NOC so that problems are quickly solved and rectified. All of our POPs have a 24/7 standby local technician to rectify any technical problems that may occur.
